Each session combines hands-on table treatment – with guided movement on the gym floor.

What To Expect
We start on the table for 30-40 mins, then move onto the gym floor to reinforce the work immediately through strength, stability, and proper movement patterns (approx. 15-20 minutes).

Buccal Massage and Facial Treatment

This is a relaxing non-invasive facial massage treatment that helps release tension in the neck and face.

Buccal massage involves massaging pressure points inside the mouth to stimulate the muscles and ligaments in the buccal fat pad (between cheeks and jaw) to tighten and contour the area.
